Hub Collection

Orders must be picked up from the local hub before closing on the delivery date. Eligibility requires weather conditions to meet our shipping safety criteria.

DOA Notification

Email ReptilianSource@gmail.com by the end of the delivery day. Claims submitted 24+ hours after delivery (per tracking) will not be considered.

Mandatory Photo Evidence

Detailed description and clear, high-resolution photos are required. Blurry, dark, or illegible photos will result in an immediate denial.

Package Refusal

Refused packages are strictly ineligible for refund or replacement. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
