Shipping policy

📅 Shipping Schedule

We ship exclusively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not ship on Mondays to avoid weekend backlogs. Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM the night before to be eligible for the next available shipping day.

📦 FedEx Hub Pickup Only

For the safety of the animal, all orders must be picked up at a FedEx Ship Center. We will contact you to confirm the nearest hub location before your order is dispatched.

☀️ Weather & Safety

Shipments are only sent when temperatures are between 50°F and 95°F. If conditions are unsafe at any point in transit, your shipment will be postponed until the next suitable window.

✨ Arrive Alive Guarantee

We guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition. You must collect your order before the local hub closes on the delivery date to remain eligible for our guarantee.
